1. What is the normal process of the new project?

It usually starts with a drawing / sketch or similar sample. Then, we collect the data needed for project quotation and any special material requirements, if you may have, after studying your materials, through our interview process. Once we have all the information we need, we will complete your quotation. If the project is approved, we need to pay 50% of the material cost first and then start production.

2. What materials should I use?

There are nearly 100000 materials on the market today, so this can be overwhelming, but if we can understand your application, we can often recommend off the shelf, cheap grades.

3. Can you export the goods?

Yes, we export goods regularly. We have all necessary licenses.

4. Which format do you prefer for the graphic file to send the query?

You can change the product drawing / part drawing to. IGES, step or X_ T format sent to us, this is the preferred format

5. Contents involved in preventive maintenance of injection mold?

All molds have movable pins that push parts out. Maintenance work will include periodic lubrication of these pins and all other moving parts, as well as cleaning of the cavity and core surfaces. Most importantly, we provide lifetime maintenance, no extra cost to all our customer molds!

6. How to control quality?

We have a quality control department. Before explaining the project, the quality control department will make a control plan.

7. I don't have a 3D or 2D map, how should I start this project?

You can give us a sample, we will help to complete the 3D drawing design.

8. What are the packaging facilities for export?

We are packing fragile moulds / products in wooden cases, fumigating the whole case and obtaining the certificate from the authorized agency. We can pack the goods according to the customer's requirements.

9. How long does it take to make an injection / blow molding / silica gel / die casting mold?

Depending on the complexity and structure of the product, it can range from 2 to 12 weeks.

10. How long can I get the quotation?

Generally, we can get your detailed 3D drawings and requirements within 24 hours. If the project includes many different parts, we will try to come back as soon as possible. We hope the inquiry you sent us is detailed so that we can both save time.
