2. What type of drawing files can you accept?

We accept several types of files: (2D) DWG, DXF, PDF, SLDDRW. (3D) STEP, IGS, SLDPRT, X-T, SLDASM, CGR, ASM.

3. What shall we do if we do not have drawings?

a. Please send us sample first, then we can copy the sample or provide you better solutions.

b. Please send us photos or drawing drafts with dimensions, CAD or 3D files will be provided.

4. What is the privacy policy of your company?

We respect all the customers and keep all the customers' information confidential. We limit the scope of the information provided to third parties. And we allow its use only customer permits.

5. What kind of materials can be used?

The most normal materials are allowed, like stainless steel, aluminium, copper alloy, cast iron and so on. And if you need special materials, further negotiated are needed.

6.How about your quality?

The mass production will be manufactured by approved sample strictly. All the products will be 100% inspected the products before shipment. If there is quality problem, we will solve it actively and supply the replacement.
