Our quality control

We are a plastic injection mold manufacturer certified by ISO 9001. We have been in operation since 2010 with about 400 employees. We provide services to many companies at home and abroad. We have many engineers and more than 10 years of working experience. In the process of mold processing, we will carry out quality inspection and control at every step.

After the mold is completed, we will carry out injection test in the factory to ensure that the samples can be delivered to the customers in a correct and timely manner.

Q1: What kind of molds do you make? Plastic injection mold, Die casting mold or something else?

A1: Mainly plastic mold injection and Die casting mold.Could allso make stamping molds according to our customer’s requirements.

Q2: What types of files do you accept (drawings)?

A2: STP, IGS, DXF, DWG, Cad Key PPT, STL, X_T, CATIA, UG files, etc.

Q3: Can you provide the steel and heat-treatment certificate?

A3: Yes, no problem.

Q4: Can you make the texture / text / heat_treatment /nitriding for the inejction mold plastic?

A4: Yes, no problem.

Q5: How long is the lead-time for a plastic injection mold?

A5: It depends on the mold’s size and complexity. Normally 25~45 days.

Q6: Do you make spare parts for your customer?

A6: Yes, we will provide spare parts if needed.

Q7: How long is your delivery time?

A7: Generally, it takes 15 to 35 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q8: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A8: Yes, we could offer the sample  free of charge after the molds finished.If you want some items which we alread made to evaluate our works,then we can send,the cost of freight paid by buyer.

Q9: What is your terms of payment ?

A9: Plastic mold Payment: 50% T/T in advance , 50% paid when samples confirmed before mass production.

Plastic parts payment: 50% T/T in advance , 50% T/T balance before shipment (Express shipping and Air shipping).

Plastic parts payment: 50% T/T in advance , 50% T/T balance paid against copy of BL (Sea shipping)
