A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

A: For FOB/CIF/DDUweare30%T/T in advance, the balance against B/L copy. For air express shipping, we collect the total amount before shipping.

4: Can You Give Me A Discount?
A: Since we are factory, our policy is that bigger order quantity, the lower quotation will be offered. So, we will give you a discount as your order quantity.

5 Q: What file format can you accept for my products?
A: We can accept varies format, igs, step, stp, jpg, pdf, dwg, dxf and so on. lf you do not have a prepared CAD file, we can accept a scan of a hand drawn design.

6 Q: How About The Proprietary Rights Of The Plastic Injection Mold?
A: The mold belongs to customer if you pay for the total mold cost.
