Parts and Equipment

Our company has two factories which occupy a total area of more than 18,000 square meters, and a total of 102 sets of injection molding machines with the heaviest up to 15,000KN (1500tons). We set up different kinds of assembling rooms according to different injection molding products, such as the medical instruments assembling room, the electronics assembling room, the baby-car assembling room, mountaineering bag accessories assembling room, and tile spacers automatic packaging workshop.

A: Usually it will take about one month to finish the mold

5 Q: HOW ABOUT THE SAMPLES?

A: Once the mold is finished, we will make some samples to you for checking

6 Q: HOW ABOUT THE MOLD MODIFY?

A: Let us know your any feedback after you receive our samples. If there is any dimension different from your drawings, we will modify the mold for free and make the new samples.

7 Q: HOW ABOUT THE PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF THE PLASTIC INJECTION MOLD?

A: The mold belongs to customer if you pay for the total mold cost.
