We have a big warehouse which could be able to storage 50~200 ton plastic materials.
Plastic materials include: polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), high impact polystyrene (HIPS), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyester (PES), polyamides (PA) (Nylons), poly(vinylchloride) (PVC), polyurethane (PU), polycarbonate (PC) and polyethylene (PE).

Step 2 | Mold Design | Send mold design for confirmation |
Step 3 | Mold Making | 50% as the initial payment for starting to make the molds |
Step 4 | Test Run | After finishing the mold making, we will test it and make some samples. |
Step 5 | Sample Confirmation | Send free samples to clients for confirmation and need 50% balance payment after getting the approval from the clients |
Step 6 | Mold Modification | If there needs to be slightly changed on the mold, we will modify the mold and send the samples for confirmation again. |
Step 7 | Mass Production | 50% as the initial payment for starting to make the mass production based on the mold. |

2. OEM Acceptable! We can provide various kinds of packaging ways according to your requirement, as printing bags, buckets, carton boxes and etc.

4. We accept any new molds designs. We have our own mold workshop. If you have any good ideas, just feel free to contact me, we can make molds according to your any requirements.

1.Q: How soon can I get reply after send inquiry?
A: 1.All inquiries will be replied within two hours except off time in China. 2. You can call us at any time.
2.Q: How soon can I get one sample?
A: Generally samples can be sent out within 7days after the mold has been finished.
3.Q: What file format can you accept for my products?
A: 1. We can accept varies format, igs, step, stp, jpg, pdf , dwg, dxf and so on. 2. If you do not have a prepared CAD file, we can accept a scan of a hand drawn design.
4.Q: If I don't have drawing, how can I get one sample?
A: If you don't have any drawings, you can send us your samples. We will scan it and make 2D and 3D drawing first for getting your confirmation.
5.Q: What are many common materials that you use in projects?
A: Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Copper, Plastics, Titanium and PEEK
