3.Place order | According customer’s design or choosing our design. |
4.Mold design | We will communicate and exchange the opinion with you during making drawing. |
5.Tooling mold | Start making the mould after customer approves the mould design. |

We have assembly line and assembly workers in our workshop.
We making plastic and metal parts, and we sourcing some accessories if needed like hardwares (different kind of screws, bolts & nuts), wires/harness, switches, LED bulbs, batteries, motors, magnets, bearings, glue or double sided stickers, sticking foam, color boxes, printing etc, and assemble them with the plastic and metal parts which we made in our workshops.

Q: How long is the mass production time?
A: Normally 7-15 days. Rush order is available.
Q: Can we get a sample before mass production?
A: Of course! The normal produce progress is that we will make the pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.
Q: How long can we got this sample?
A: After receiving the sample charge and all the item and specification being confirmed, the sample time is 1-3 days and Express delivery usually needs around 3-4 day.
Q: Is the sample charge can be refundable?
A: Yes, normally the sample charge (some small models) can be refundable when you confirm the mass production, but for the specific situation please contact the people who follow up with your order.
Q: What shipping methods are available?
A: Standard delivery. For urgent sample testing delivery, select an air shipment method. We work with UPS, FEDEX, TNT, DHL, EMS, etc. to delivery your order quickly. For large, heavy items and special handling select a ground or sea shipping method. Or any delivery way use your courier account to pay.
Q: Which payment items we can use?
A: TT/Bank, Trade Assurance, Western Union/Money Gram (Only for the small order) is the payment way.
