1, Draw mold drawing
Before drawing the die assembly drawing, the process drawing should be drawn and meet the requirements of the part drawing and process data. The size guaranteed by the next process shall be marked with "process size" on the drawing. If there is no other machining except repairing burr after forming, then the process drawing is exactly the same as the part drawing.
Mark the material number, material ratio and material ratio below. The process is usually drawn on the die assembly drawing.
The proportion of 1:1 should be adopted in the drawing of general assembly drawing. The drawing should start from the cavity, and the main view and other views should be drawn at the same time.
The general assembly drawing of mould shall include the following contents:
Structure of mold forming part
The structure of gating system and exhaust system.
Parting surface and parting method.
Outline structure and all connecting parts, positioning and positioning of guide parts.
Mark the cavity height dimension (not required, as required) and the overall mold size.
Auxiliary tools (take-off tools, mold tools, etc.).
Make the serial number of all parts in order and fill in the detailed list.
Mark technical requirements and instructions.
Technical requirements of die assembly drawing:
Performance requirements for some systems of die and mould. For example, the assembly requirements of ejection system and sliding block core pulling structure.
Requirements for die assembly process. For example, after the die assembly, the fit gap of parting surface should not be greater than 0.05mm, and the size determined by assembly and the requirements for this size are pointed out.
Mold use, assembly and disassembly method.
Anti oxidation treatment, mold number, lettering, marking, oil seal, storage and other requirements.
Requirements for mold test and inspection.
The order of drawing parts drawing from the general assembly drawing of mould should be as follows: first inside out, first complex then simple; first forming parts, then structural parts.

Graphic requirements
Be sure to draw to scale, allowing you to zoom in or out. The view selection is reasonable, the projection is correct and the layout is appropriate. In order to make the processing patent number easy to understand and assemble, the figure should be consistent with the general assembly drawing as much as possible, and the figure should be clear.
The dimensioning shall be uniform, centralized, orderly and complete
The order of dimensioning is as follows: first mark the dimensions of the main parts and the die inclination, then mark the fit dimensions, and then mark all the dimensions. On the non main part drawing, mark the fit dimension first, then mark all dimensions.
Surface roughness
Mark the most widely used roughness on the upper right corner of the drawing, such as "other 3.2". "Other roughness symbols are marked on each surface of the part.
Other contents
For example, the part name, die drawing number, material grade, heat treatment and hardness requirements, surface treatment, drawing scale, machining accuracy of free dimension and technical description shall be filled in correctly.
2, Proofreading and drawing review
Relationship between mould and its parts and drawing of plastic parts
Whether the material, hardness, dimensional accuracy and structure of the mould and its parts meet the requirements of the plastic part drawing.
Plastic parts
Whether the flow of plastic material flow, shrinkage cavity, weld line, crack, demoulding slope and so on affect the performance, dimensional accuracy and surface quality of plastic parts. Whether the pattern design is insufficient, whether the processing is simple, whether the shrinkage rate of molding material is selected correctly.
Molding equipment
Whether the injection volume, injection pressure and mold locking force are enough, whether there are problems in the mold installation, the South core of plastic parts and demoulding, and whether the nozzle of the injection machine is in correct contact with the mouthpiece.
Mold structure
Whether the parting surface position and finish machining accuracy meet the requirements, whether the overflow will occur, and whether the plastic parts can be kept at the side of the mold with ejection device after mold opening.
Whether the demoulding method is correct, whether the size, position and quantity of the promotion rod and push tube are appropriate, whether the push plate will be stuck by the core, and whether the formed parts will be scratched.
Mold temperature adjustment. Whether the power and quantity of the heater and the flow line position, size and quantity of the cooling medium are appropriate.
For example, whether the slide block and push rod in the core pulling mechanism of inclined guide pillar interfere with each other.
Whether the location and size of pouring and exhaust system are appropriate.
Design drawings
Whether the placement position of each mold part on the assembly drawing is appropriate, whether the indication is clear and whether there is any omission;
The part number, name, production quantity, internal or external parts on the part drawing, standard parts or non-standard parts, parts matching processing accuracy, correction processing and allowance of high-precision dimension of molded plastic parts, and whether the material, heat treatment, surface treatment and surface finishing degree of mold parts are marked and described clearly.
Working dimension and fit dimension of main parts and forming parts. The size figures should be correct, do not make the producer convert.
Check the view position of all parts drawings and general assembly drawings, whether the projection is correct, whether the drawing method conforms to the drawing national standard, and whether there are missing dimensions.
Check machining performance
Is the geometry, drawing method and dimension mark of all parts conducive to machining
Recalculate the main working dimensions of auxiliary tools
