1. How to clean vitrified brick
a) Pollution type: daily cleaning

2. Precautions for use of vitrified brick:

3. How to repair the broken tiles?
a) The wall tiles need to be replaced and repaired again due to cracking or unevenness
Break the tile to be replaced from the middle and small center (pay attention not to be too strong), then pry the tile around, remove the tile to be replaced and repair it again. If the time of tiling is not long and the cement on the wall is not completely dry and solid, the cement can be carefully pryed off and pasted with cement slurry. If the time of use is long and the cement is completely dry and solid, the special ceramic tile adhesive can be used for pasting (the ceramic tile adhesive is sold in various construction material markets or supermarkets).
b) Replacement of vitrified floor tiles or antique tiles
The floor tiles shall be replaced in the following cases: partial uneven brick surface, hollowing, damage, etc.
Replacement method:
First, use a marble machine (a tool specially used for cutting ceramic tiles) to cut along the diagonal of the ceramic tiles. Be careful not to scratch the four corners of the ceramic tiles, which are about 10 cm away from the corner. Then use a hammer to break the intersection of the diagonal lines (the middle of the ceramic tiles), and use a crowbar to pry from the middle to the four sides, so as not to damage the surrounding ceramic tiles. After the brick is taken out, it can be pasted again.
c) Loose kick angle
It can be directly pasted with tile glue.
Precautions for replacing tiles:
The color number of the replaced tiles should be consistent, otherwise the color difference will appear, so it is recommended to leave a small amount of tiles for future repair. If there is no reservation, it is better to take the tile fragments off the skid to the point of sale for replenishment.
4. How to deal with the scratch on the brick surface?
a) Scratches on glazed wall tiles
You can use fine sandpaper with water to polish the brick surface carefully, and you can get some effects. It must be carried out with water. This method can get a good effect on the small scratches on the brick surface.
b) Scratch of vitrified brick
The method can be carried out by using the glazed brick. The strength shall not be too large; the polishing machine can also be used to polish with water to keep the strength even and need professional operation.
