4. Reduce the empty drum rate
During the stirring process, the tile adhesive will inevitably be mixed with air, and then a cavity will be formed inside the slurry. If the material is directly applied to the back of the brick, there may be a cavity, which will cause hollowing in the later stage. With the toothed scraper, in the process of carding the slurry, the air inside the tile glue slurry can be squeezed out by pressing to reduce the formation of cavities, which has a good guarantee for the full slurry rate.
