       We have two factories, covering an area of more than 18000 square meters. There are 102 injection molding machines in total, the heaviest of which is 150000kn (1500 tons). We are mainly engaged in the design and manufacture of plastic precision molds, construction products, electric tools, auto parts, baby carriages, mountaineering bags, plastic buckets, folding boxes, etc. we are specialized in the use of PC (polycarbonate), PA (nylon), PMMA (acrylic acid), POM (polyformaldehyde), PPO, PBT, PC / ABS, and properly adjust the production process of TPU plastic raw materials to achieve the best performance of the products.

       Our full-service tool-room maintains your molds to yield their maximum capacity. Our team of tool-makers minimizes costly and protects your investments. DY Plastics ERP IQMS system manages your maintenance program and delivers vital mold information in real-time. We are committed to protecting your molds. They are kept in a climate-controlled environment and are always handled with the utmost care.

        Our journeyman toolmakers run regular inspections and create preventative maintenance plans for each tool. Whether it was built by DY Plastics or arrived from our transfer tool process, we treat every tool with the utmost respect. Our tool-room is climate controlled allowing us to avoid issues related to humidity or inclement weather. When a tool arrives through our transfer process our toolmakers perform robust inspections and document tool condition.

        We have a big warehouse which could be able to storage 50~200 ton plastic materials. We deal with design and manufacture of plastic precision molds, construction products, power tools, auto parts, baby strollers as well as mountaineering bags, precision plastic parts, specializing in using PC (polycarbonate), PA (nylon), PMMA (acrylic), POM (polyacetalformaldehyde), PPO, PBT, PC / ABS, TPU plastic raw material to adjust process appropriately so that products achieve the best result.

1.Q: How soon can I get reply after send inquiry?

2. Q: What information should I give you for getting a quote?

    A: Please offer us 2d and 3d drawings and tell us your special requirements such as material, tolerance, surface treatments and the amount you need or we can offer some advices to you according to your requirements.

3. Q: If I don’t have drawing, how can I get one sample ?

    A: If you don’t have any drawings, you can send us your sample, we will scan it and make 2D and 3D drawing first, then make samples for you.

4. Q: What’s your MOQ (minimum order quantity)

    A: We don’t have MOQ if you have mold making, you are welcome to send us trial order to test our quality and service.
