       We have two factories, covering an area of more than 18000 square meters. There are 102 injection molding machines in total, the heaviest of which is 150000kn (1500 tons).         Our journeyman toolmakers run regular inspections and create preventative maintenance plans for each tool. Whether it was built by DY Plastics or arrived from our transfer tool process, we treat every tool with the utmost respect. Our tool-room is climate controlled allowing us to avoid issues related to humidity or inclement weather. When a tool arrives through our transfer process our toolmakers perform robust inspections and document tool condition.

    A: If you don’t have any drawings, you can send us your sample, we will scan it and make 2D and 3D drawing first, then make samples for you.

4. Q: What’s your MOQ (minimum order quantity)

    A: We don’t have MOQ if you have mold making, you are welcome to send us trial order to test our quality and service.
