Technical Parameters

Using two injection molding machines or double shot injection molding can produce various products with mixed color patterns and products with obvious color separation. Two-color injection molding uses a vertical injection molding.

The company has two factories which occupy a total area of more than 18, 000 square meters, and a total of 102sets of injection molding machines with the heaviest up to 15, 000KN(1500tons). We set up different kinds ofassembling rooms according to different injection molding products, such as the medical instruments assemblingroom, the electronics assembling room, the baby-car assembling room, mountaineering bag accessories assem-bling room, and tile spacers automatic packaging workshop. Our team has around 320 hard -working workers, including 37 managers, 24 engineers, and 16 quality inspectors. We deal with design and manufacture of plastic precision molds, construction products, power tools, auto parts, baby strollers, mountaineering bags, plasticbuckets and folding crates and so on, specializing in using PC(polycarbonate), PA(nylon), PMMA(acylic), POM(polyformaldehyde), PPO, PBT, PCIABS, TPU plastic raw material to adjust production process appropriatelyso that products can achieve the best performance.

Two-color injection molding machine

Two-color injection molding machines usually have two types, injection screw parallel injection molding machine and injection screw vertical injection molding machine.

1. Parallel

The injection screws are arranged in parallel and can act independently or at the same time. There are two sets of independently acting ejector mechanisms.

2. Vertical

The injection screw is arranged vertically in a plane, and it can also act independently or simultaneously, but there is only one set of ejection mechanism.

Advantage:

Compared with traditional injection molding, the two-material co-injection molding process has the following advantages:

1. The core material can use low-viscosity material to reduce the injection pressure.

2. From the consideration of environmental protection, the core material can use recycled secondary materials.

3. According to different usage characteristics, for example, soft material is used for the skin material of thick finished products, hard material is used for the core material or foamed plastic can be used for the core material to reduce the weight.

4. Lower quality core materials can be used to reduce costs.

5. The skin material or core material can use expensive and special surface properties, such as anti-electromagnetic interference, high electrical conductivity and other materials to increase product performance.

6. Appropriate combination of skin material and core material can reduce residual stress of molded products, increase mechanical strength or product surface properties.

7. Produce products with marble texture.
