1. Check the quality of the encapsulated product: the encapsulated product can be made of plastic, hardware, glass and other materials, but silicone is a thermoplastic material, and the mold temperature of the silicone mold is usually around 170 to 200 degrees, so the material to be encapsulated must be Withstands high temperature.

2. Brush primer: In order to make the liquid silicone rubber and other parts of the mold part adhere tightly, it is necessary to apply a layer of primer on the surface of the encapsulated part, (the primer must be brushed on the encapsulated part. position) If it is brushed on the outside of the rubber bag, it will eventually lead to the product being overwhelmed and difficult to clean.

3. Baking the encapsulated material: The material after brushing the primer must be baked in a professional oven, so that the primer and the encapsulated material can have a sufficient chemical reaction.

4. Injection molding: Put the encapsulated material into the mold for injection molding.

5. Dealing with the front: the semi-finished product after injection molding will have a little bit of front, which requires manual cleaning. The size of the hood is inseparable from the precision of the mold.
