

Molding Workshop
We have a professional molding workshop for making and maintaining different molds.

Usually the mold material is P20, 718H, NAK80, H13, 2738, NAK80, S136, SKD61 and we have processing craft like milling, griding, drilling, engraving and so on in this workshop. Also there are CNC, EDM, ArgieCharmilles, Milling Machine, 3D CMM, Projector, HG, Injection Machine in the mold workshop. We have a team of 40 people including 20 engineers and 20 operators and for designing and building your molds. We will minimize the overall cost of your project and offer one best solution for your any mold idea!
Plastic injection molding machine
We have around 100 injection molding machines to produce from a range of small to big plastic products which the biggest machine is 1500ton.

To produce parts by injection material into the mold is one of the most commonly used manufacturing process for the fabrication of plastic components which are widely used in various commercial, industrial and laboratory applications.
An injection molding machine, a mold and plastic resin raw material are required in the injection molding process. Plastic resin raw material melted by heater, then mixed and injected into the mold where it cools and solidifies into the completed part.
Divided into three categories
(1) the gate of mold, the runner and gate on the parting line, together with the product in the mold stripping, the simplest design, easy processing, low cost, so more people using gate system operation.
(2) nozzle mold: the runner and gate is not the parting line, generally directly on the product, so to design a set of runner/gate parting line, design is relatively complex, processing more difficult, often depending on the product requirements to choose fine nozzle system.
(3) the hot runner mold: this kind of mold is approximately the same structure and fine runners/gates, the biggest difference is that flow into one or more of the temperature of heat flow but and heat pumping mouth, no cold feeding molding, runner and gate directly on the product, so the port don't need mold release, also known as no runner system, this system can save raw materials, applicable to the raw material is more expensive, high requirement of products, design and processing difficulties, mold cost is higher.

Step 7 | Mass Production | 50% as the initial payment for starting to make the mass production based on the mold. |

A: If you don't have any drawings, you can send us your sample, we will scan it and make 2D and 3D drawing first, then make samples for you.
4.Q: What's your MOQ (minimum order quantity)
A: We don't have MOQ if you have mold making, you are welcome to send us trial order to test our quality and service.
