There are hundreds of parts and thousands of sets of molds for a car model. Each part needs to develop new molds. Auto panels, structural parts, and beams are all inseparable from molds. The mold development cycle is long, the cost is high, and the precision is high. Each link of development has certain requirements on mold quality and dimensional accuracy.
1. After receiving the order, sign a business contract, the specific requirements and agreements are specified in the contract, and the customer provides product data;
2. According to the data provided by the customer, perform white light scanning, and obtain the workpiece status through SE analysis (synchronous engineering);
3. Use CAE simulation to check the feasibility of mold development and draw conclusions;
4. The stamping process design submitted by the data through the results of CAE simulation, that is, the design of the construction method, through the data analysis of the difficulty factor of the production of the parts, it is necessary to develop several processes of the mold, which procedures are trimming, which procedures are punching, and flanging. Arrangement is the work that needs to be done in stamping process design;
5. After the stamping process design is completed, the data will be fed back to the mold structure designer, and the structure designer will draw and design the mold and produce drawings;
6. After the mold drawings are drawn, submit them to the model making company (Mold Styrofoam production) and mold casting after the model is made;
7. After the mold is cast, CNC machining, assembly, and mold fitter debugging are qualified products;
8. After the mold debugging is completed, the customer's product will be delivered.
