2. Glue melting time
The length depends on the glue speed setting speed, back pressure setting size, but there is a point, the length of glue melting time control must be shorter than the cooling time.
3. Cooling time
The length of cooling time directly affects the molding cycle. The longer the cooling time is, the longer the molding time will be, resulting in lower production capacity. Therefore, when setting the high-pressure cooling time, as long as we can ensure that the product molding is smooth, and will not directly affect the deformation and other problems, the shorter the setting time is, the better.
4. Ejection time
The ejection time is generally in coordination with the manipulator. When the manipulator is fully automatic, the ejection residence time is generally kept at 1.5-2 seconds. In semi-automatic production, if the product can not be removed due to the return of the ejector pin, the product will fall or be clamped, and the product can not be removed, the retention time should be kept about 5 seconds.
5. Low voltage protection time
It plays an important role in protecting our personal safety and mold safety. With the adjustment of mold low-pressure position and low-pressure, the time of low-pressure protection should be 1-3 seconds. The shorter the protection time, the less harm it may cause.
