1. Turbocharging unit
You may think that the turbocharging device is very complex, but it is not. The turbocharging device is mainly composed of the turbine chamber and the turbocharger. First, the air inlet of the turbine chamber is connected with the engine exhaust manifold, and the exhaust port is connected with the exhaust pipe. Then the air inlet of the supercharger is connected with the air filter pipe, and the exhaust port is connected with the intake manifold. Finally, the turbine and the impeller are respectively installed in the turbine chamber and the supercharger, and the two are coaxial and rigidly connected. In this way, a whole turbocharging device will be done, and your engine will be "overclocked" like a computer CPU.
2. Differential
The differential solves the problem of transmitting power to both sides of the axle shaft, at the same time, it also allows the two sides of the axle shaft to rotate at different speeds, so as to reduce the wear between the tires on both sides and the ground. Thanks to this planetary gear mechanism, our tire loss will be reduced a lot. However, it is inevitable that there are some defects. For example, when one side of the wheel is off the ground due to severe driving, due to the effect of equal torque, all the power of the engine will be transferred to the slipping axle shaft, and the other side will lose power completely, which will eventually lead to the car out of control.
3. CVT continuously variable transmission
The CVT technology uses the transmission belt and the main and driven wheels with variable working diameter to transfer the power, which can realize the continuous change of the transmission ratio, so as to obtain the best matching of the transmission system and the engine working condition. The biggest difference between the CVT and the common hydraulic automatic transmission is in the structure. The latter is composed of the gear transmission system controlled by hydraulic pressure or with gear position. What it can achieve is the CVT between two gears, while the CVT is composed of two sets of transmission wheels and a transmission belt, which is simpler in structure and smaller in volume than the traditional automatic transmission. In addition, it can freely change the transmission ratio, so as to realize full range CVT, making the speed change more stable, without the feeling of "Dun" when the traditional transmission shifts.
4. Clutch
The clutch is located in the flywheel housing between the engine and the gearbox. The clutch assembly is fixed on the rear plane of the flywheel with screws. The output shaft of the clutch is the input shaft of the gearbox. During the driving process of the vehicle, the driver can press or release the clutch pedal as required to temporarily separate and gradually engage the engine and transmission, so as to cut off or transfer the power input from the engine to the transmission.
5. Deep groove ball bearing
The deep groove ball bearing is suitable for high-speed and even extremely high-speed operation, and it is very durable without regular maintenance. The friction coefficient of this kind of bearing is small, the limit speed is high, the size range and the form change are various. It mainly bears radial load, but also can bear a certain amount of axial load. The deep groove ball bearing is composed of a outer ring, an inner ring, a group of steel balls and a group of retaining structures. There are two types of deep groove ball bearing: single row and double row. The deep groove ball structure is divided into sealed and open type. Open type refers to the bearing without sealing structure. The sealed deep groove ball is divided into dust-proof seal and oil proof seal. The material of dust-proof cover is steel plate stamping, which can only prevent dust from entering the bearing raceway. The anti oil type is contact oil seal, which can effectively prevent the grease in the bearing from overflowing.
6. Cross slide coupling
The cross slider coupling, also known as the slider coupling, consists of two half couplings with grooves on the end face and an intermediate plate with convex teeth on both sides. Because the convex tooth can slide in the groove, it can compensate the relative displacement between the two shafts during installation and operation.
7. Automobile universal joint
The universal joint is the universal joint, which is the part to realize the power transmission with variable angle. It is used to change the position of the transmission axis direction. It is the "joint" part of the universal drive device of the automobile drive system. The combination of universal joint and transmission shaft is called universal joint transmission device. In front engine rear wheel drive vehicles, the universal joint transmission device is installed between the transmission output shaft and the drive axle final drive input shaft; while in front engine front wheel drive vehicles, the transmission shaft is omitted, and the universal joint is installed between the front axle half shaft and the wheel which is responsible for driving and steering.
