The working principle of the injection molding machine is similar to the needle method. Injection molding is a cycle process, each cycle mainly includes: raw materials - melting and plasticization - pressure injection molding - mold cooling - mold opening and taking out. After taking the mold product, close the mold and continue the next cycle. The injection molding machine is classified according to the working principle, and finally the dissolved plastic is pressed into the mold. Therefore, injection molding machines are mostly used in the production of plastic products.

The injection molding machine solidifies the screw into products through the thrust of the screw. The mold base device is mainly composed of fixed mold base, mobile mold base, rear wall plate, front and rear mold base connecting rod, mold base cylinder, ejection mold base and mold base adjustment device.

Add granular or powdery plastic into the barrel, heat the outer wall of the barrel through spiral rotation to melt the plastic, close the mold, move the injection seat forward to make the injection port fit with the injection port, inject pressure oil into the injection cylinder, and move the screw forward. After pressure maintaining and cooling for a certain time, open the mold to take out the product. The purpose of pressure maintaining is to prevent the melt from flowing back in the mold cavity, supplement the materials in the mold cavity, and ensure that the product has a certain density and dimensional tolerance). Injection molding is the basic requirement of mold. Small parts of injection molding machine are the premise to realize and ensure the quality of molded products. To meet the requirements of injection molding, it is necessary to ensure the injection pressure and injection speed. Due to the high injection pressure, a high pressure is generated in the mold cavity, which requires a large enough clamping force. Injection mechanism and clamping mechanism are the core parts of injection machinery.

Injection molding machinery operates at high voltage and high temperature while moving rapidly, which often makes the operator neglect for a moment and brings irreparable harm to the human body. Unfortunately, it will last a lifetime. There are dangers in all links of injection molding machinery, especially when the mold is opened and locked. The function of injection machine is the embodiment of its value in the production activities of injection products and the guarantee degree for the production of injection products. In the production of modern injection molding machine, the structure of injection molding machine is complex and the degree of automation is high. Hydraulic, electrical control and mechanical control are closely combined. Even if partial failure occurs, the whole injection molding machine will stop production.
