For sample order, it will cost 3-5 days after received your payment. For bulk products, it will cost 10-20 days less than 5000 pcs. It's depend on the shipping way. We genarally shipped by DHL.

Q2. Can I get a free sample?

Sorry, there is no free sample, but we can deduct the sample cost if you give us the bulk order next time.

Q3. What is the packaging for your product?

Our product have retail packaging with good quality, and we also can do customized packaging for our OEM customer. Please contact us and inform the packing details you like. Thanks.

For sample order, there is no MOQ.

For bulk order, if you need your custom design of products and packing, MOQ is 1000pcs. But we suggest to get 1-2pcs samples to make youself impression about the average quality.
