DELIVERY TIME:

3-20 days after confirming order,detail delivery date should be decided according to production season and order quantity.

How to use:

1.) fix the first tile vertically in place, and place 1mm tile gasket at each corner.

2.) Place the next tile next to the first tile by twisting, and place it for 1mm ... There are gaskets at every corner.

3.) Repeat points 1 to 3 for all subsequently applied tiles.

4.) After all the tiles are coated on the surface, grout all the tiles with bright and creative cement slurry floats to ensure that the gaskets remain in a fixed position.

5.) Allow time for cement slurry to solidify before removing excess cement slurry with bright and creative hydraulic cleaning sponge.

Yes, we can supply samples to check the colors and quality, but new clients should pay the shipping cost themselves.

(2)  Are your products ready-stock or custom?

We have ready-stock for over-produced designs only but we mainly accept the custom order.

(3)  Can you keep privacy of our own designs?

Yes, we always sign an agreements with our clients to keep the privacy of their own designs.

(4)  What is your payment term?

We accept TT and L/C payment. Normally 30% deposit and the balance against the copy of B/L.

(5)  Do you accept the third party inspections?

Yes. We accept all kinds inspections because we have confidence always in our quality.

(6)  Do you charge sample fee for custom design?

Yes, definitely. But we will refund the sample fee after you place bulk order with us.
