Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are factory, with about ten years of experience of mould design and mold making, production.
Q: How can I get your quotation?
A: You could contact us via Trade Manager or Email and send us your drawings inclusive of 2D and 3D(.STEP or .IGES files) and detail requirements. Then our designer and engineers will work on them and submit competitive quotation to you. If you don't have 3D drawing, samples is also ok, our designer will make 3D drawing for you according to sample.
Q: How long it will take to complete the molding ?
A: Usually it will take about 35 days from mould design to trial samples. And it also depends on the mould's size and complexity.
Q:Do you accept customized?
A: Of course. Mould is a customized project. You can tell us your request about mould material, color, size and so on.
Q: How to make sure the quality before the shipment?
A: Firstly, we should sign a contract before mold making. Our transection was protect by law and Alibaba platform. Secondly, we will send you a video of the process everyweek, you could see it clearly.
Q: Do you provide after-sale service if the mold is broken?
A: Yes, we could repair the mold for you in one years if you need.
