Quality and control

1) IQC material inspection;

2) The first sample shall be inspected by QC, and QC shall recheck according to the parameter table and key dimensions required by the customer, so as to decide whether the production can continue;

3) During the processing, our IPQC checks the injection parts every 2 hours to ensure that there are no unqualified products;

4) FQC will check the products before they are sent to the warehouse;

5) OQC shall conduct 100% inspection before shipment.
