Types of Plastic Materials
We have a big warehouse which could be able to storage 50~200 ton plastic materials.
Plastic materials include: polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), high impact polystyrene (HIPS), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyester (PES), polyamides (PA) (Nylons), poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC), polyurethane (PU), polycarbonate (PC) and polyethylene (PE).
Molding Workshop
We have a professional molding workshop for making and maintaining different molds.
Usually the mold material is P20, 718H, NAK80, H13, 2738, NAK80, S136, SKD61 and we have processing craft like milling, griding, drilling, engraving and so on in this workshop. Also there are CNC, EDM, ArgieCharmilles, Milling Machine, 3D CMM, Projector, HG, Injection Machine in the mold workshop. We have a team of 40 people including 20 engineers and 20 operators and for designing and building your molds. We will minimize the overall cost of your project and offer one best solution for your any mold idea!
Assembly
DY Plastics adds value to our customers' products through a variety of plastic assembly systems. Our assembly techniques can be implemented at the molding press, in secondary assembly locations, such as small assembly stations, or in larger assembly line applications. We also have applications where the assembly is completed in the tooling itself.
By providing complete assembly systems to our customers, we take our molding expertise and combine this with our years of automation and testing experience to add consistent quality and value to our products. Our assembly operations are more than simply put parts together: we build in numerous quality checks throughout each process to ensure a perfect part, every time.
Some of our assembly operations involve electronics components and our team has developed the testing operations necessary to evaluate each and every assembly.

We utilize our extensive experience and technical capabilities at the outset of any project to recommend improvements that will produce better quality for our customers.
Our production environment is divided into a team-based structure that allows for enhanced operator specialization within our product mix. Our company, Yangzhou DingYue Plastic Electronics was established in 2010. It has two factories which occupy a total area of more than 18, 000 square meters, and a total of 102 sets of injection molding machines with the heaviest up to 15, 000KN (1500tons).

A: If you don't have any drawings, you can send us your sample, we will scan it and make 2D and 3D drawing first, then make samples for you.

A: We don't have MOQ if you have mold making, you are welcome to send us trial order to test our quality and service.
