Materials List

Working with customers who are leaders in their respective industries has allowed us to work with a full spectrum of plastic materials. There are very few injection molded material that Wabash staff haven’t worked with. With a large number of plastics compounders in our region, DY Plastics has participated in the development and testing of a variety of new plastic materials.

We have a big warehouse which could be able to storage 50~200 ton plastic materials. We deal with design and manufacture of plastic precision molds, construction products, power tools, auto parts, baby strollers as well as mountaineering bags, precision plastic parts, specializing in using PC (polycarbonate), PA (nylon), PMMA (acrylic), POM (polyacetalformaldehyde), PPO, PBT, PC / ABS, TPU plastic raw material to adjust process appropriately so that products achieve the best result.

Assembly

DY Plastics adds value to our customers’ products through a variety of plastic assembly systems. Our assembly techniques can be implemented at the molding press, in secondary assembly locations, such as small assembly stations, or in larger assembly line applications. We also have applications where the assembly is completed in the tooling itself.

By providing complete assembly systems to our customers, we take our molding expertise and combine this with our years of automation and testing experience to add consistent quality and value to our products. Our assembly operations are more than simply put parts together: we build in numerous quality checks throughout each process to ensure a perfect part, every time.

Some of our assembly operations involve electronics components and our team has developed the testing operations necessary to evaluate each and every assembly.

We set up different kinds of assembling rooms according to different injection molding products, such as the medical instruments assembling room, the electronics assembling room, the baby-car assembling room, mountaineering bag accessories assembling room, and tile spacers automatic packaging workshop. 

Our team has around 320 hard -working workers, including 37 managers, 24 engineers, and 16 quality inspectors. We deal with design and manufacture of plastic precision molds,construction products, power tools, auto parts, baby strollers, mountaineering bags, plastic buckets and folding crates and so on, specializing in using PC(polycarbonate), PA(nylon),PMMA(acrylic), POM(polyformaldehyde), PPO,PBT,PC/ABS, TPU plastic raw material to adjust production process appropriately so that products can achieve the best performance.


Since establishedin 2010, we focus on the up-to-date tech quality control, idea product design and development, manufacture and sales service scale on a base of “Continuous improvement of quality is our greatest joy!”. In 2012, we took the lead in establishing the ISO9001 quality management system and passed the third accreditation. In 2014 we established and passed ISO/TS16949 automotive quality management system.
