Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Sample orders: Generally it is 1-2 working days if the goods are in stock. Otherwise, it is about 2 weeks based on the material time.

Bulk orders: Around 45 working days more or less after receiving confirmation and payment. We buy materials for orders. The lead time is including material production time.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes. About our available products, please provide your Express account, we could send samples to you within 3-5 working days. About your customized sample, please send the actual product to us, we will spend about 5 working days to make the sample for you according to your actual product. You need to pay the cost of our sample and the Express cost.
