Injection molding is a method of injection molding. Packaging & Shipping

We will pack the plastic parts and mold according to the different shipping way, different packaging details for sea, air and land transportation. If customer order export injection mold, all the mold components are provided and packed in separated box with clear makring. Before mold shipping, will run 4 hours to ensure customer can start production once receive our injection mold, plastic samples and toolbook specificaion inlcuded all drawing are sent together with the injection mold.

For the plastic injection molded parts, will be packed with bag, bubble bag, carton, good quality pallet to protect the plastic products.

Mold: 40% in advance, 30% after confirmation of receipt of the first test piece, and 30% before mold shipment or mold delivery
