Product process

Case 1: if the 3D design is completed, the process is:

1．Customers send us 3D documents, providing materials / colors / dimensions / signs / surfaces / quantities, etc.

2．We will work out the production plan and quotation.

3．After payment, we will make the mould and sample for the customer's confirmation. If not, our engineer team will modify the mould until the sample is approved.

4．After the samples are approved, we will produce them in batches.

Scenario 2: just an idea or an actual sample. The process is as follows.

1。 Our engineer team will carry out three-dimensional inspection on the samples and obtain three-dimensional documents.

2。 According to customers' ideas, engineers can help make 3D files.

Packing & Delivery

1. For mold: After assembling mold, we paint anti-rust fog or grease on mold, then cover it with thin film and place it into a stable wooden box.

2.For plastic product: the first thing is to wrap each part up with semi-transparent thin foam and put it into plastic bag, the second step is place them into cartons with thin sponge plates to prevent scratches. Or as per your request.

Our services

2. Discuss core / base metal, cavity number, runner type, price, payment, etc

3. Wire transfer 50% deposit

4. Product design our engineer checks product drawings to find out unreasonable terms

5. Our engineers will conduct DFM and send PPT to the customer for approval.

6. Mold making we start to make the mold after the customer confirms the drawing

7. We will feed back trial samples to customers for mold test

8. Use DHL express to test the mold again until the product is qualified

9. 50% balance of telegraphic transfer before delivery

10. Shipping or air transportation, all documents required by customers

Q2:How long can i get the sample?

A2:Depends on your specific items,within 3-7 days is required generally.

Q3:What's kinds of information you need for quote?

A3:Kindly please provide the product drawing in PDF,and will be better you can provde in STEP or IGS

Q4: what's the payment terms?

A4: We accept 50% as payment deposit, when the goods is done, we take photoes for your check and you then pay the balance.For small amount, we accept Paypal, Paypal commission will be added to the order. For big amount, T/T is preferred

Q5: How to delivery the goods?

A5:We deliver the products by courier company

Q6.Are you a trading company or factory?

A6:We are direct factory with  experienced engineers and more than 300 employees as well approximate 5,000 square meters workshop area.

Q7. What shall we do if we do not have drawings?

 A7. Please send your sample to our factory,then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length,Hight,Width),CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.

Q8. Can we get some samples before mass production?

A8:Absolutely

Q9. Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?

A9:Yes, we will keep them well and not release to third party without your permission.

Q10: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?

A10: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.

Q11: If you make poor quality goods,will you refund our fund?

A11: As a matter of fact, we won't take a chance to do poor quality products. Meanwhile, we manufacture goods quality products until your satisfaction.
