Q3: Do you have any solution if you  don't have exact same  products we need?

Yes, we surely could provide the products design,mold develop, manufacturing and Assembly&Painting accordingly.  We can provide your end to end solution base on your drawing/sample, or even from your idea.

Q4:Do you provide samples ? Is it free?

Yes, we can provide sample and we also recommend you to get a sample before you drop the order to confirm if that's what exactly you need. It's normally free but the transportation cost is on your side.

Q5: what is your delivery time?

Usually 2-4 weeks. According to the product and quantity, delivery time will have some difference.

Q6: If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
