2, Seperate each part by cardboard.

3, Seperate each layer by cardboard.

1, 10~30 days after receiving your prepayment.

Q1:Where can I get product & price information?

A1:Send us inquiry e-mail , we will contact you with 24 hours.

Q2:What's kinds of information you need for quote?

A2:Kindly please provide the product drawing in PDF, and send us 3D drawing in STEP or IGS would be much better.

Q3: what's the payment terms?

A3: We accept 50% as payment deposit, 50% balance will be paid before shipping. For small amount, we accept Paypal, Paypal commission will be added to the order. For big amount, T/T is preferred

Q4: How to delivery the goods?

A4:By sea, air or as customer required.

Q5. What shall we do if we do not have drawings?

 A5. Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length,Height,Width),CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.

Q6. Can we get some samples before mass production?

A6: Samples will be sent for your confirmation before serial production.

Q7: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?

A7: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the production progress.

Q8: If you make poor quality goods, will you refund our fund?

A8: As a matter of fact, we won't take a chance to do poor quality products. Meanwhile, we manufacture goods quality products until your satisfaction.
