Q5.How long is mold making time ?

Generally it is 25-35 days to make the mold, it is according to the size and complexity of the product.

 

Q6. Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

Yes, Some small samples are free of charge, but for some products we need to charge a sample fee and once you place an order,we

will refund the sample cost to you.If open a new mold, after mold finished, we will send our customer some free samples to confirm

the size and quality.

 

Q7. What is the delivey time?

Small order - 6days after receiving payment.

Normal order - about 15-20 days after receiving the deposit.

Urgent order - please send email and negotiate with us.Thank you !

 

Q8. What's your payment way?

We accept paypal, credit card, e-checking and T/T.

-3. If you have your own forwarder we are pleased to help to send samples to him/her; If you need us send to you directly, it

needs you to pay for the shipping cost.

-4. After receiving payment we will arrange samples usually in 2-3days

-5. We send the samples and you check

-6. If samples are ok , then you can place the order

-7. We make PI for you

-8. You check the PI and make the payment

-9. After receiving the payment we inform you and arrange the goods

( Large order usually pay 30% deposit to start the production, balance will be paid when goods ready )

-10.Packing:Standard export packing

If your order was small and funding was limited, we can provide you the free sample with your own design before mass production.
