A1. At first, the price we quote are all wholesale price. Meanwhile, our best price will be offered according to the order quantity, so please tell us your purchase quantity when you inquire.
 
Q2. What the sample cost?
A2. Please contact our sales, and tell them your required models, they will check the sample cost[some are free] for you. And the delivery cost paid by customers.
 
Q3. What is the MOQ?
A3. (1). If we have stocks, then no limited on minimum order quantity.
      (2). If we don't, please contact with our sales, different items are different.

Q4.What is your terms of packing?
A4: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q5. What is your terms of payment?
A5: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q6. What is your terms of delivery?
A6: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q7. How about your delivery time?
A7: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q8. Can you produce according to the samples?
A8: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q9. What is your sample policy?
A9: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
