    1) Sample fee: We will do the sample by CNC  method . The sample fee just  raw material cost price , the sample fee is refundable if you place a big order later,

    2) freight: we usually send samples through Express such as UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc. or on your own requirement

1. Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
    A: We are manufacturer.

2. Q: How long is your delivery time?
    A: According to the difficulty and quantity of product processing,a reasonable arrival time will be given to you.

3. Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
    A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but the cost of freight should be pay by your side.

4. Q: What kind of production service do you provide?

    A: mould making, die casting, CNC machining, stamping, Plastics injection moulding, simple assembly and various metal surface treatment.

5. Q: How about the lead time?

    A: Mould : 3-5 weeks

Mass production : 3-4 weeks, it depend on your quantity.

6. Q: What is the MOQ?

    A: Minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces. If you require more qty, the price is more cheaper.

7. Q:What do you need to send a quotation ?

    A: Usually we need the 3D files of customers' project, material, quantity of the injection parts, color and surface treatment customer need .

8. Q:I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?

    A: You can supply us a sample, we will help you finish the 3D drawing design.

9. Q: How long should we take for a quotation?

      A: After receiving detail information we will quote within 2 days.

10. Q: What is your payment term?

     A: Mould : T/T % for mold cost.

Goods : T/T 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment.

11. Q:Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?

      A:If you don't come to our factory and also don't have the third party for inspection, 
we will be as your inspection worker,we will supply you a video for production process detail include process report, products size,structure and surface detail, packing detail and so on, and will provide the inspection report to you.
