There are very few injection molded material that Wabash staff haven’t worked with. With a large number of plastics compounders in our region, DY Plastics has participated in the development and testing of a variety of new plastic materials.

Our team can assist you in the search for the materials that fit every functional, aesthetic, and price requirement for your next injection molding project.

We have a big warehouse which could be able to storage 50~200 ton plastic materials. We deal with design and manufacture of plastic precision molds, construction products, power tools, auto parts, baby strollers as well as mountaineering bags, precision plastic parts, specializing in using PC (polycarbonate), PA (nylon), PMMA (acrylic), POM (polyacetalformaldehyde), PPO, PBT, PC / ABS, TPU plastic raw material to adjust process appropriately so that products achieve the best result.

Injection Mold Engineering

Our team includes some of the most experienced and knowledgeable engineers in the thermoplastic injection molding industry. We’re committed to partnership with our customers throughout the entire design process to ensure we deliver a finished product. We believe the best products result from good communication between the customer and DY team.

The project management process starts with effective communication. Our engineers will take time to understand the customer needs and then help guide the customer on the path that provides the best opportunity to meet the goals. Our engineers understand the need to be competitive, to be responsive, to be on time, and to help develop a product that is effective as intended. We have a staff of engineers that supports the project from the initial concept stage, through tooling, through process development and on to production launch.

DY Plastics engineers have many types of CAD software at their disposal. Our goal is to support all customers—we will never require a customer to conform to our tools. We support CATIA, Pro Engineer, AutoCAD, IGES, STEP, and many other types of CAD software files. If it’s not listed, don’t worry. Give us a call and we will work to accommodate your needs.

Our experience is wide ranging from a concentration in program management and tool design to production automation and process development.

We fully utilize tools such as scientific injection molding. A properly decoupled molding process allows for wider processing windows and more consistent parts for our customers. This means tighter production control and better quality product.

Parts and Equipment

The company has two factories which occupy a total area of more than 18,000 square meters, and a total of 102 sets of injection molding machines with the heaviest up to 15,000KN(1500tons). We set up different kinds of assembling rooms according to different injection molding products, such as the medical instruments assembling room, the electronics assembling room, the baby-car assembling room, mountaineering bag accessories assembling room, and tile spacers automatic packaging workshop. Our team has around 320 hard -working workers, including 37 managers, 24 engineers, and 16 quality inspectors. We deal with design and manufacture of plastic precision molds，construction products, power tools, auto parts, baby strollers, mountaineering bags, plastic buckets and folding crates and so on, specializing in using PC(polycarbonate), PA(nylon),PMMA(acrylic), POM(polyformaldehyde), PPO,PBT,PC/ABS, TPU plastic raw material to adjust production process appropriately so that products can achieve the best performance.

Assembly

DY Plastics adds value to our customers’ products through a variety of plastic assembly systems. Our assembly techniques can be implemented at the molding press, in secondary assembly locations, such as small assembly stations, or in larger assembly line applications. We also have applications where the assembly is completed in the tooling itself.

By providing complete assembly systems to our customers, we take our molding expertise and combine this with our years of automation and testing experience to add consistent quality and value to our products. Our assembly operations are more than simply put parts together: we build in numerous quality checks throughout each process to ensure a perfect part, every time.

Some of our assembly operations involve electronics components and our team has developed the testing operations necessary to evaluate each and every assembly.

In 2012, we took the lead in establishing the ISO9001 quality management system and passed the third accreditation. In 2014 we established and passed ISO/TS16949 automotive quality management system.
