Assembly

DY Plastics adds value to our customers' products through a variety of plastic assembly systems. Our assembly techniques can be implemented at the molding press, in secondary assembly locations, such as small assembly stations, or in larger assembly line applications. We also have applications where the assembly is completed in the tooling itself.

By providing complete assembly systems to our customers, we take our molding expertise and combine this with our years of automation and testing experience to add consistent quality and value to our products. Our assembly operations are more than simply put parts together: we build in numerous quality checks throughout each process to ensure a perfect part, every time.

Some of our assembly operations involve electronics components and our team has developed the testing operations necessary to evaluate each and every assembly.

Since establishedin 2010, we focus on the up-to-date tech quality control, idea product design and development, manufacture and sales service scale on a base of "Continuous improvement of quality is our greatest joy!". In 2012, we took the lead in establishing the ISO9001 quality management system and passed the third accreditation. In 2014 we established and passed ISO/TS16949 automotive quality management system.

2. Q: What information should I give you for getting a quote?

A: Please offer us 2d and 3d drawings and tell us your special requirements such as material, tolerance, surface treatments and the amount you need or we can offer some advices to you according to your requirements.

3. Q: If I don't have drawing, how can I get one sample ?

A: If you don't have any drawings, you can send us your sample, we will scan it and make 2D and 3D drawing first, then make samples for you.

4. Q: What's your MOQ (minimum order quantity)

A: We don't have MOQ if you have mold making, you are welcome to send us trial order to test our quality and service.
