Types of Plastic Materials

We have a big warehouse which could be able to storage 50~200 ton plastic materials.

We deal with design and manufacture of plastic precision molds, construction products, power tools, auto parts, baby strollers as well as mountaineering bags, precision plastic parts, specializing in using PC (polycarbonate), PA (nylon), PMMA (acrylic), POM (polyacetalformaldehyde), PPO, PBT, PC / ABS, TPU plastic raw material to adjust process appropriately so that products achieve the best result.

Plastic injection molding machine

We have around 100 injection molding machines to produce from a range of small to big plastic products which the biggest machine is 1500ton.

To produce parts by injection material into the mold is one of the most commonly used manufacturing process for the fabrication of plastic components which are widely used in various commercial, industrial and laboratory applications.

An injection molding machine, a mold and plastic resin raw material are required in the injection molding process. Plastic resin raw material melted by heater, then mixed and injected into the mold where it cools and solidifies into the completed part.

DY Plastics engineers have many types of CAD software at their disposal. Our goal is to support all customers—we will never require a customer to conform to our tools. We support CATIA, Pro Engineer, AutoCAD, IGES, STEP, and many other types of CAD software files. If it's not listed, don't worry. Give us a call and we will work to accommodate your needs.

Our experience is wide ranging from a concentration in program management and tool design to production automation and process development.

We fully utilize tools such as scientific injection molding. A properly decoupled molding process allows for wider processing windows and more consistent parts for our customers. This means tighter production control and better quality product.

In 2014 we established and passed ISO/TS16949 automotive quality management system.

Quality begins before we ever produce a part. Our engineers work closely with our Production and Quality teams to design a process for each part with quality and customer value as the focus. We utilize our extensive experience and technical capabilities at the outset of any project to recommend improvements that will produce better quality for our customers.

Our production environment is divided into a team-based structure that allows for enhanced operator specialization within our product mix. Each Production Team Member develops a high degree of expertise in regard to customer quality expectations and this expertise translates into enhanced rates of detection and correction for any quality concerns that arise.

A: 1. We can accept varies format, igs, step, stp, jpg, pdf, dwg, dxf and so on. 2. If you do not have a prepared CAD file, we can accept a scan of a hand drawn design.


4. Q: If I don't have drawing, how can I get one sample?

A: If you don't have any drawings, you can send us your samples. We will scan it and make 2D and 3D drawing first for getting your confirmation.


5. Q: What are many common materials that you use in projects?
